If you are delivering from a DON DON DONKI store, please always:

1. Have your order screen on phone and ID ready – you may need them to access the pick up area.

2. Follow these in-store signs below to guide your way to the pick up area.

Please enter the store at the exit (on the left of JPC), the pick up area will be on your right.

Address: LG/F, 100 QRC, 100 Queen’s Road Central, Central

Address: 1-4/F, Pearl City, 22-36 Paterson St, Causeway Bay

Skip the queue and reach the lifts by entering from the exit (next to Wellcome) of the queue to pick up your order on 1/F.

Enter from the Kimberly Road entrance next to The Mira Hotel. The pick up area will be next to the stair at B1/F.

Turn left at the main store entrance and enter the fire exit (next to the food court), walk straight ahead to the other end. The store entrance for pick up is to right.
