Virtual Rider Forum

We are excited to announce the launch of Deliveroo HK’s first Deliveroo Rider Forum, which will take place virtually on Wednesday, August 26 from 3:00PM - 5:00PM via Zoom*.

The Forum was created to provide riders like you with an additional platform to share their feedback and ideas with Hong Kong General Manager Brian Lo and the wider Deliveroo team every 3 months.

We are always looking for ways to improve your delivery experience, and we look forward to hosting the Forum every three months.

If you don’t want to attend a forum yourself, or aren’t selected this time don’t worry, we’ll be sharing an overview of each meeting with all riders via email and on the Roo Community website.

*Participants will be required to download the Zoom app, and have a working laptop or phone with a camera, mic, and stable internet connection.

The selection process may take up to 3 days after submissions have closed. Selected participants will be contacted via email.

Riders are at the heart of what we do, and we want to ensure the selected participants accurately represent Hong Kong’s fleet. Our Rider Operations team will oversee the selection process. We will aim to select riders from across all of HK’s different districts and vehicle types. 

We want to ensure Forum meetings are as productive as possible and the time we have is used to answer the questions that get to the heart of what you want to know, or discuss novel ideas. Because of this, we’ll also take the questions you submit through the form into consideration.



Your opinion is important to us. That’s why we’re committed to hosting a Forum meeting once every 3 months.



Meetings will be scheduled for 2 hours, and will start with introductions before moving on to the questions raised in the registration form. We will then open the floor to any additional questions participants have.
