How you contact Rider Support

Our Rider Support team reply to thousands of emails every week from riders who need help. We aim to provide the best quality support around, but we don’t always hit the mark. At busy times, it can take too long to get back to you – we know this, and we’re trying to fix it.

To tackle this, we’re changing the way you get in contact with Rider Support. 

When you need help, head to When getting in touch with us through the site, you’ll be able to search our help centre first. Our help centre contains loads of useful information, and should be able to answer most of your questions – meaning you get the help you need instantly. If you can’t find your answer, you’ll see the option to send Rider Support a message.

When you send us a message, we’ll ask you for some extra details, including your name, email address, rider ID, and the zone you normally work in. By giving us all the information we need upfront, we’ll be able to get back to you quicker.
