Attendance Rate Calculation

A session will count as ‘attended’ when you:

  • Log in and stay online for work for 20% of the session (eg. 1 hr = 12 mins; 1.5 hr = 18 mins)
(time spent holding on the ‘take a break?’ screen does not count towards attendance)
  • Deliver and complete at least 1 order when you are assigned with more than 1 orders.

*”Take a break” shown in the screenshot.

Sessions that don’t meet the criteria listed above will be counted as “Not attended”.
