Now, you may choose to work in different zones that do not belong in the same district.
For example, you can choose to work in HKCE on weeknights and in HKYL on weekends even if you onboarded as a “Hong Kong Island West” rider.
Yes, you can choose to work within your current district only.
Your existing weekly auto-bookings will not be removed unless you choose to remove them. However as order volume changes every week, we cannot always guarantee that your requested sessions will be available for booking.
Your stats will now be relative to other riders across all districts in Hong Kong.
Your book priority is still determined by the following statistics that calculated from your past 14 working days:
- % of sessions attended
- % of late cancellations
- Number of super-peak sessions attended
Yes. You are now able to work in zones that do not belong to your current district. You just have to book the sessions on the Rider App. For example, you can work in HKAB even if you signed up as a Kowloon Central rider.
No, the assignment system will not be impacted by this change.
There will be no change to the way you receive orders.

No, you do not need to submit any zone change requests. You can just book the sessions of other zones on your Rider App.
Yes. As always, if you book and don’t attend, your attendance stats will be updated.
There will still be zone/district specific bonus on a regular basis, please pay attention to any emails sent by us.
