Started from 7 January 2018, we have introduced the brand new Rider Chat, right inside your app to replace Telegram. Please note that we will officially stop using Telegram on 21 Jan, this means that you won’t be able to reach us using the app Telegram.
With Rider Chat, you can contact the team at any time during opening hours about an order you’re delivering at that moment or an emergency. It’s easy to use and you can be sure to get in touch quickly with a member of the team who will be able to help you.
What is Rider Chat?
Rider Chat enables you to contact Rider Support right inside your app. It’s a way for you to contact us about any live issues you’re having at that moment – including an order you’re delivering right now or an emergency.
Be sure to download the latest version of Deliveroo’s rider app.
How can I contact Live Rider Support if I have any questions or concerns?
