My name is Yannes, my friends and colleagues call me “hak mui”. I’ve been working as a personal trainer for a few years and may do Yoga too in the future!
What’s a typical day for you as a personal trainer?
My main task involves planning diets for clients and teaching them the correct postures, like warm up exercises to lower their chances of getting injured. It will also help soothing post-injury pain.
What made you become a Deliveroo riders and what are the requirements?
I love food and how being a Deliveroo riders introduce new food. Another thing is the flexibility that comes with it, works well with my full time schedule.
Any interesting stories to share?
There was one time when the client made compliments on my healthy-looking skin. As the conversation went on, he learned that I was a personal trainer and was interested in working with me. I was surprised to find such opportunity while delivering.
What are the pros and cons of working with Deliveroo?
I enjoy the freedom, I can do whatever I want while waiting for an order to come. The downside would be working in the heat in summer.
