Certain times of the day are busier than others. Sign up to work during lunch and dinner peak hours to get more deliveries!
Please note that payment is processed every 2 weeks on a Thursday. The time needed to process your payment varies depending on your bank. Do allow a few days for your bank to process the transfer. Also please check that your bank details are correct and cross-check your earnings in your bank account statement before submitting a request.
When submitting your request, you are asked to attach your “service fee invoice” and any relevant screenshots in order for us to help you look into the issue.

Frequently Asked Questions
Rider fees are processed every two weeks by Thursday. Fees are processed at the end of the day.
You will receive your fees via a bank transfer to the bank account that you had provided when you registered with us. You can change that by yourself through the Rider App > Click on your profile on the top left corner of the app > Details > Update Bank Details
Please reference the Bank Details article for more information regarding how to enter your details. Wrong bank details can lead to a delay in you receiving your service fees and could take up to 1 month to re-process your payment.
We would have informed you in advance if there was a delay in the processing of your payment, this will usually be due to a bank holiday.
Please allow a few days for your bank to process your payment. The time needed varies according to the bank you use.

Do note that you are only paid for work, where and when your availability is matched. Also please allow a few days for our agents to get back to you as there is usually a large volume of applications to process.
The process of availability matching helps to ensure that we have the right number of riders on the road and that you make great fees. For this reason riders should agree to the times they wish to work in advance.
