Our Customer Service team can help you with live order issues occurring at the time. You can contact them by starting a Live Chat conversation, asking questions regarding the delivery of an order including how to cancel an assignment, delay and other emergency issues.

Send an email to [email protected] for any questions that’s not order related e.g fees, statistics…etc. Please remember to list your Rider ID, the issue that you need help on and attach any relevant documents for our reference.
